Yearly Membership Dues for non-insured Smile Center patients:
Please note, this is not an insurance plan. Our in-house membership plan provides our uninsured patients with an option to obtain affordable dentistry.

- Periodontal therapy, fillings, and extractions: 15% off services
- Periodontal maintenance: The patient will pay the cost difference between an adult cleaning and periodontal maintenance for the 1st & 2nd cleaning of the year (cash pay discount not included). The patient will receive a 20% discount on the 3rd and 4th cleaning of the year.
- Cosmetic Dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures/partials: – 10% off services.
Note: All family members must live in the same household. For coverage purposes, a child is defined as anyone under 21 years old.
